Homeowner: Hi, we had hail last night and I think the roof is leaking
Jackie: I’m sorry, that’s stressful. Is water coming inside right now? If so, I’ll flag it to the team as urgent.
Homeowner: Just a small drip in the garage
Jackie: Okay, I’ve marked it urgent. I can get someone out for a free inspection. Does tomorrow at 9:00 AM or 1:30 PM work?
Homeowner: 9 works
Jackie: You’re booked for tomorrow at 9:00 AM. You’ll get a text to confirm.
