The CRM built for door-to-door contractors.
From the first knock to the final payment in one app. Your reps knock, pin and book the estimate at the door. You see the whole team live, and every homeowner is followed up without anyone lifting a finger.
From knock to paid, without the paperwork.
Here’s what SMPL does at every step, so your reps keep knocking and nothing falls through the cracks.
- Step 1Door
SMPL does
One big tap logs it: no answer, not interested, interested or hot. The pin drops where the rep is standing, with the street address filled in.
- Step 2Conversation
SMPL does
Name, phone and email in seconds. The homeowner lands in your pipeline, goes to a sales rep, and gets a “great meeting you today” email in your name.
- Step 3Appointment
SMPL does
The rep books the estimate on your calendar right there, from open times only. The homeowner gets the confirmation email straight away.
- Step 4Quote
SMPL does
Quotes built for your trade and a branded proposal. No answer after a few days? A friendly check-in goes out automatically.
- Step 5Signed
SMPL does
E-sign on any phone. The deal moves to Booked, the client gets “what happens next”, and production gets the handoff.
- Step 6Paid
SMPL does
Invoices and card payments. The rep’s earnings and the leaderboard update by themselves as the deal moves.
Every rep, every door, live on one map.
While reps are clocked in with the app open, you see where each one is, the route they’ve walked today and every door they’ve knocked, in colour. Tracking stops when they clock out.
Built for one hand, at the door.
Big buttons, big text, nothing to dig for. Reps log a door in one tap and book the estimate before they step off the porch.
Today’s goal
Each rep sees their doors against today’s goal, and the team leaderboard.
Book at the door
Open times from your company calendar, never a double booking. The homeowner’s confirmation goes out by itself.
No signal? No problem
Doors are kept on the phone and sent when the signal comes back.
Your app, your logo
Reps install your company’s app from a link. No app store.

Never knock the same street twice.
Draw territories on the map and assign reps. See how much of each has been worked in the last 90 days and when it was last knocked. Reps see their own territory on their map.
- Draw and assign. Tap the corners on the map, name it, pick the reps. Done.
- Coverage you can trust. Each territory shows how much has been worked and when it was last knocked.
- Find a new area. One tap finds the nearest homes nobody has worked in 3 months.
- Do not knock. Marked once, shown to every rep from then on.
One screen for the whole door-to-door operation.
Who’s out right now and when they were last seen. Doors, conversations, appointments and sales for each rep. Your best streets. The pipeline and revenue door knocking brought in. Today, this week or the last 30 days.

Friendly competition, and pay that adds itself up.
A weekly leaderboard with a podium, ranked by doors, appointments or sales, with doors today against the goal. Pay your reps by commission, hourly or both, at your own rates. Each rep sees what they’ve earned today on their phone, and payroll downloads as a spreadsheet each pay period, so nobody re-types it on payday.
Hail last night? Your reps know where to go.
Roofers mark storm areas on the map and every rep sees them on theirs. Pair it with “Find a new area” and a territory, and the team is on the right streets by morning.
Train new reps before their first door.
The SMPL University Door-to-Door Sales System gives new reps the playbook: what to say at the door, how to handle the common objections and how to book the estimate. Your team’s training lives in the same app they knock with.
Most door-to-door teams run two systems. You only need one.
A canvassing app for the doors and a separate CRM for everything after. SMPL does both, so nothing gets lost between them.

Door-to-door questions
What contractors with canvassing teams ask us most.
Do you track my reps all day?
No. A rep’s position is shared only while they’re clocked in with the app open, about every 30 seconds. It stops when they clock out. Managers see today’s route and when each rep was last seen.
What if there’s no signal on the street?
Reps keep knocking. Doors are saved on the phone and sent as soon as the signal is back. Booking the estimate needs a connection, so if there’s none, the lead is saved and the office books it later.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. Reps install your company’s own app from a link or QR code, with your logo. No app store and nothing to update.
How does booking at the door work?
The rep sees open times from your company calendar (your booking hours minus anything already booked, and never on days you’ve marked off). They pick one with the homeowner, it goes on the calendar, and the homeowner gets the confirmation email.
What does the homeowner receive?
A “great meeting you today” email in your company’s name right after the rep logs them, and the visit confirmation if they booked. You can change the wording, and texts go out too once texting is switched on.
How is coverage worked out?
Each territory is split into small squares about a short block wide. A square counts as worked when a door in it was knocked in the last 90 days. It’s a guide to ground covered, not an exact house count.
Can I move my canvassing data over?
Yes. Send us an export and we bring in your contacts and jobs for you, free, usually within 2 days.
Is it only for roofers?
No. Roofing, siding and gutters, windows, HVAC, painting, fencing, landscaping and more. Storm mode is for roofers; everything else works for every trade.
